The ideal protégé candidate is a high-performing individual in the field of commercial real estate who is interested in career advancement. To date, 75% of program graduates have received promotions. The 9-month program involves each protégé being paired with an accomplished mentor. The pairing event will occur in December and the program will begin in January. All participants will meet monthly as a group and protégés and their mentors communicate with each other monthly based on their individual schedules. There is no cost to participate. Benefits from the program include developing long-term relationships, gaining professional development, building industry knowledge and finding career success. Safety protocols will be followed, if appliable.
