2021 Mentoring Program Applications

CREW NM Mentoring Program applications will be accepted beginning October 13th through November 13th.
The ideal protégé candidate is a high-performing individual in the field of commercial real estate who is interested in career advancement. To date, 75% of program graduates have received promotions. The 9-month program involves each protégé being paired with an accomplished mentor. The program will begin in January. All participants will meet monthly as a group and protégés and their mentors communicate based on their individual needs. There is no cost to participate. Benefits from the program include developing long-term relationships, gaining professional development, building industry knowledge and finding career success.  Social distancing and safety protocols will be followed.
Some of the recent CREW New Mexico protégés include
Alex Pulliam had a successful 10 year career in the construction industry. Shortly after completing the mentoring program, Alex was promoted as the construction firm’s Marketing Director and became the youngest shareholder of the company. This experience gave her the foundation to begin a new career as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with NAI Maestas & Ward in 2019 focusing on industrial & land development.  After serving on the board for several years, Alex will CREW New Mexico’s 2021 President.
Kelly Mancha began her insurance career with Insurance One in 2007.  After completing the mentoring program, Kelly was promoted to Commercial Lines Director for New Mexico, California and Arizona for VIP Insurance Services, who purchased Insurance One in 2016.  After three years with the agency, Kelly made the decision to start her own independent insurance agency with two partners and Southwest Insurance Group was founded in 2020.  Also in 2020, Kelly took on the role of CREW NM President after having served as several committee chairs and Treasurer for the organization in 2018.
