CREW NM Mentoring Program Opened for Registration October 1
ALBUQUERQUE – September 24, 2018
– Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) New Mexico opened its 2019 Mentoring Program for registration October 1, and the application process runs until November 16. The ideal protégé candidate is a high-performing individual in the field of commercial real estate who is interested in career advancement. To date, 75% of program graduates have received promotions. The 9-month program involves each protégé being paired with an accomplished mentor. The program will begin in January. All participants will meet as a group monthly and protégés and their mentors will communicate in addition based on their individual needs. There is no cost to participate. Benefits from the program include developing long-term relationships, gaining professional development, building industry knowledge and finding career success.

started with Enterprise Builders Corp in 2009. Shortly after completing the mentoring program, Alex was promoted from Communications & Community Relations Manager to a Marketing Director and became the youngest Shareholder of the company.
has been with Insurance One since 2007. After completing the mentoring program, Kelly was promoted to Commercial Lines Director for New Mexico, California and Arizona for the company now known as VIP Insurance Services, LLC.
started with Bradbury Stamm in her senior year of college as an intern. Upon graduating in 2014 from the University of New Mexico, she was hired on full time as a Project Engineer. After two years, and while she was going through the mentoring program, Terra was promoted to Assistant Project Manager.
